How do I choose the right massage for my needs?
During your online booking, you’ll answer a brief wellness questionnaire. I will review your goals—whether relaxation, pain relief, or sports recovery—and recommend the modality best suited to you.
What should I expect during my first visit?
Arrive 5–10 minutes early for a quick intake. We’ll set goals, note any injuries, and choose pressure that feels right for you. Sessions are calm and unhurried; you can ask for more/less pressure, extra time on a tight spot, or a quieter session anytime. We can adjust temperature, bolsters, music, and scent (or go scent-free). Afterward, I’ll share simple aftercare tips and can provide a superbill on request.

I don’t bill insurance directly. Payment is due at the time of service.
